Add-On Selling

After customers have decided to make a purchase, it’s time to see if they have everything they need. Whether customers are purchasing a companion animal that will need food, housing, toys and more, or a product for a current pet, there are plenty of opportunities to sell them related products to help them better care for and more fully enjoy their pets. While this is called add-on or up-selling, it’s also an important step to improve customer satisfaction by helping them leave the store with everything they need.
